Carl H. Rosner
Chairman
Mr. Rosner is principal founder of CMI. He is former CEO, Chairman of the Board and President of Intermagnetics General Corporation (IGC), a GE spin-off. Mr. Rosner is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a world-recognized authority in the areas of superconductive and electronic devices.

Tush P. Nikollaj
President /COO
Mr. Nikollaj is the President and Chief Operating Officer of CMI.  He he has founded several technology companies and brings 20 years of business experience.  Mr. Nikollaj is the Chairman of the Board of Logical Net Corporation and former President/CEO.  Under Nikollaj’s leadership, Logical Net was ranked by Inc. Magazine as the 47 fastest growing company in the U.S. 

Monica R. Brettler
Ms. Brettler brings to the board over 10 years of legal expertise, a background in family law and litigation, and significant business and financial analysis and experience.

Arthur Roth
Mr. Roth is a certified public accountant with over 30 years experience.  He has held a number of high profile positions with private companied and public organizations including the positions of Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance from 1999 until 2003. Mr. Roth holds the position of Chairman of the Audit Committees of First Albany Companies, Inc., Albany Molecular Research Inc. and MVP Health Plan.
